A Business Assessment by Iain Duguid is a way to step back and take an objective look at how you connect with your customers.
He'll learn about your business, your strategy and target demographic to ensure all connection points are aligned.
Once assessed, you'll receive a Statement of Advice containing details on what your business is doing well, what it's doing poorly, and you'll receive suggested improvements, like what to stop doing and other elements that you might not have considered.
The best bit: Iain will actually help you carry out any changes. Remember, he helps businesses connect with their customers.
