Every conference
audience is different, so these keynote examples are just that -
examples. Use them to guide you into areas that your conference
audience have concerns.
I’m
not a typical "motivational speaker" in
that I know that motivation comes from within and
that it lasts longer that way. And I know a
life-balanced person is best for themselves and
for the business they are involved in.
What I do is discuss strategies with my
audiences, tell them stories, ask them questions
and get them thinking about who they are, who
they want to be and how they can achieve a
balanced life. Ideally, the audience has already participated in
a web based survey prior to the conference.
Adding
value to your conference
I
customise each presentation to your audience's
needs because each audience is unique! We should
spend time together finding out about your
conference group, your business and what you want
to accomplish. This is then built into my
presentation so that what I talk about with your
people is relevant to them, now. If feasible, I
will interview several of your
key people prior to the presentation and create a web based survey for your
delegates to fill in further customising the
material.
Conference
delegates will also be provided with follow-up
information via specifically designed web pages
and by email which encourages continued action
based on the material presented.

What can you
expect to change in your people after attending
these presentations? Every person
will respond differently to the cutting edge
material, which is why I can't define what
individual results will be. But the bottom
line
(your ROI!) is that the vast majority of people
experience a significant shift in their
understanding and thinking. Which can translate
to whatever your desired outcome is, both from a
business or personal point of view.
My
keynote addresses will provide actionable answers
and will open the door for further
reading/study/action, which can then be
incorporated later in the program as a
facilitated workshop, or in your future
conferences/meetings.
