What
if you were to grow old,
and not enjoy it?
We're all growing
older, every day in fact! So how do we enjoy the
process, even benefit from it?
You can control
how you grow old. You see, its all in the mind.
If you think old, youll certainly be old. If you think young, you
will remain young, at least
younger than your chronological age. And if you start
work on your body now - and by now we mean now, whether you are 30, 50, 70 or
90 - youll slow down,in fact reverse the process of ageing.
So whats
that got to do with enjoying growing old? Well... if
your body is well and your mind is active, you are going to continue to
have fun in whatever you are doing. And doing is part of the process of
slowing down ageing.
One fantastic
secret in the anti-ageing process is to look for new
challenges regularly (hopefully achieving the old ones first!).
New challenges could be:
*learning yoga
*writing a book
*joining a new group - sporting, business, network,
social
*taking up chess, bridge, any sort of mind game
*studying wine appreciation (this is one of your
authors favorites!)
It could go on
for ever! You see, life is too short to achieve
everything, so you are just going to live longer to do it all!
"GROWING
YOUNG ... NOT OLD" is a keynote presentation
that everyone will be interested in. It provides hands-on action points
for your audience to take
away and apply immediately in their own lives. It
also provides you with the opportunity of developing the subject further with
workshops or expansion
into specific areas such as nutrition, mind
development and more. And it allows you to book an update (and maybe a check on
your audiences
progress) at next years conference!
