How men can get their lives back on
track

So for men to get
back on track, we must overcome our prisons -
loneliness, competitiveness, emotional timidity. We
must understand our true selves. We must try to
understand women. We must develop male support
groups. We must let ourselves be free.
Men must learn about the passages our lives go
through. We must gain an understanding of how our sex
works. Things like impotence, intimacy, the male life
cycle.
And because we
grow older, we should learn about the major age
erasers of
*nutrition
*weight *exercise *smoking *sex
*stress *depression *self image *attitude
*alcohol *friendship *career *forgiveness
*marriage *sleep
And what about manopause?
And what about
becoming a grandfather?
All of these
